Sonuj Giri is currently a final year BA.LLB student at National Law College. She is a passionate researcher and also has a great enthusiasm for public speaking, debating, Model United Nations (MUNs) and Moot Court Competitions. She has won Best Researcher award at the Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition-2017. She was also a finalist of Zonta Vidushe International Female Debate Championship 2017. She serves as Professional Development Director at Rotaract Club of Patan West. She is an avid reader and the Frank Zappa Quote, “so many books, so little time”describes her concern perfectly.
Kabita Acharya takes life as a progressive journey of learning and nurturing the world and your close ones with what you can offer to make a positive change. This fifth-semester student is curious by nature and is persistent in finding the answers. She has had her experience in anchoring shows, volunteering, participating in various inter and intra-school/college events and competitions, the latest being the Law Debates-2018. She is athletic and loves playing volleyball, reading novels and web surfing. She is also very interested in public speaking and taking part in projects related to women empowerment and various global issues.
Sigma Kunwar is a fifth semester BA.LLB student at National Law College. She takes herself as a passionate learner and believes in “aspire to inspire”. For her, E-Journal is exciting as she gets a chance to speak to people and learn from their experiences. She has actively involved herself as an organizer and also as a volunteer in various College events. She is looking forward to establishing a good connection within the legal fraternity and inspiring each other via E-Journal.
Sunisha Maharjan is currently studying in the fifth semester of BA.LLB at National Law College NaLC. She took Scout training in school and was an executive member of Students’ Council in her High School. She has taken various training and has actively volunteered at many events organized by Nepal Red Cross. She takes E-Journal as a great learning platform where she can enhance her writing skills, editing skills and many more. She is focusing on gaining knowledge and experiencing new things.
Dikshya Adhikari is currently in third semester of her undergraduate studies majoring Law at National Law College. She was a participant at International Assessments for Schools by Educational Assessment Australia (THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW SOUTH WALES) IN 2008. She was also a delegate at the 7th National Convention on Student’s Quality Circles 2011 (7th NCSQC’11). She has been the part of debating tournaments like VidhuSHE 2018, Law Debates-2018 and so on. She was the winner of the NaLC Legal Vocab Competition-2018. She is also a member of LawNeeti, an online legal portal. Her major interests are reading novels, debating, travelling and listening to music. She strongly believes on this saying of J.K. Rowling, “I believe in hard work and luck, and that the first often leads to the second.”
Sunil Lamsal is much more than a keen learner and passionate speaker. This third semester BA.LLB student craves literature, music and adventure. Politics, international relations and diplomacy are always the best topics to drag him in the conversation. He believes that the motivation gained from his every struggle is his biggest achievement and many more are yet to come. His friendly, courageous and calm demeanor coupled with his lame jokes make him unique. His association with debating societies and multiple social organizations keep him alive and active. He is a kind of person who would always love to share a part of his knowledge and gain a little bit more from anyone. Once you get to know him you would always like to have him by your side.
